Our most awaited BCCA Christmas Concerts are happening very soon! Our Music Teachers and students are all working very hard to make this year’s Christmas Concerts memorable! Please be informed that the Middle and High School Christmas Concerts are happening on the same evening Friday, December 9th. Our Christmas Concert theme this year is: “LET THERE BE LIGHT!”
Here are the details of our Middle School and High School Christmas Concerts:
VENUE
TERRY FOX THEATRE at 1260 Riverwood Gate, Port Coquitlam BC V3B 7Z5.
Schedule of Performance:
Please join us for our MIDDLE and HIGH SCHOOL Christmas Concerts this year on Friday, December 9th.
6:30 pm – 7:45 pm | MIDDLE SCHOOL Students from Grades 5 – 8
8:00 pm – 9:15 pm | HIGH SCHOOL with Grade 7 and Grade 8 Band Students
Tickets
With limited seating capacity at Terry Fox Theatre, families are (initially) able to order 2 tickets per family —

Please Note: ONLY the child who is performing will not require a ticket. Sibling/s who are not performing are required to get ticket/s to watch the concert.
The Cut-off date for ORDERING your initial 2-tickets/family will be on Wednesday, NOVEMBER 30th after which we are able to offer extra tickets, if there are any. As well, if you have tickets you will not use, please let the Marketing Office know at marketing@bccaschool.ca
Please remember to keep your Eventbrite ticket/s handy, either on your Eventbrite App on your mobile phone or print them to present upon check-in.
Intermission
There will be a short intermission of 15 minutes from 7:45 pm to 8 pm shortly after the Middle School concert.
Guest Seating
It is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please avoid saving a seat for someone else. Also, it is strongly encouraged that families with infants and young children take the back seats.
Concert Attire and Time to Arrive
Students need to come in full uniform with their dress shoes and should arrive at the theatre at least 20 minutes before the concert or 6:10 pm for the Middle School.
Parent Volunteers
Parents still in need of PPP hours can take this opportunity to earn their volunteer hours. We apologize that we would cancel the sign up for the Dec 12th HS Christmas Concert as both Middle and High School concerts are now combined on Friday, Dec 9th.
