May we learn to surrender fully and allow our almighty God to make us (BCCA) whatever He wants us (BCCA) to be.
With the new school year just around the corner, we want to ensure that you have all the information you need to prepare for a successful academic year. Below, you’ll find important details and resources to get you ready for the start of classes.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Fernwood Campus: 1019 Fernwood Ave., Port Coquitlam BC V3B 5A8
Kids Club & Elementary School (Kindergarten to Grade 4) 8:30 am to 11 am, followed by Ice Cream Social from 11:00 to 12:00 pm
Please note: The First Day of School pick-up will be in-person at your child’s classroom (KC children excempted.) There will be no drive-in pick-up until the second day of school.
Parking
BC Christian Academy will be opening up a number of areas ON OUR FERNWOOD property to accommodate parking for our BCCA & Kids Club families. Please drive with a 5kph speed limit while onsite. Do NOT park on the streets.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Fremont Riverside Campus: 2329 Fremont Connector, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 0M3
Middle School (Grade 5 to 8) Ice Cream Social From 8:30 to 9:00 am followed by assembly and general orientation from 9 am – 11:45 am
In the event of rain, we’ll shift the setup indoors to the gym.
Getting There & Parking
Kindly use the entrance and exit via Seaborne Avenue to access Fremont Campus and use the 2 lanes of parking closest to BCCA’s entrance on the west end of the building.

HIGH SCHOOL
Christmas Way Campus: 3000 Christmas Way, Coquitlam BC V3C
High School (Grade 9 to 12) 8:25 am to 11 am followed by Ice Cream Social from 11:00 to 12:00 pm
Parking
Parking at the back of the HS building, east driveway.

Please see the information below about the Shuttle bus service between the 3 locations:
Middle School Shuttle – At the end of the first day, a shuttle will bring those students, who require transportation back to Elementary School, from Fremont to Fernwood at 11:45am. All subsequent days the Middle School shuttle (driven by Lili) will transport those students, who require transportation, from Fernwood to Fremont at 8am sharp. The afternoon shuttle will leave at 3:05pm from Fremont and return back to Fernwood.
High School Shuttle – At the end of the first day, a shuttle will bring those students, who require transporting back to Elementary School, from Christmas Way to Fernwood at 12:00pm. All subsequent days the High School shuttle (driven by Cami) will transport those students, who require transportation, from Fernwood to Christmas Way at 8am sharp. The afternoon shuttle will leave at 2:55pm from Christmas Way and return back to Fernwood.
This service will be free of charge.
If you require a School Bus service from areas including, Port Coquitlam, North Coquitlam, Burke Mountain, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge, please contact the School Office via office@bccaschool.ca
For the First Day of School, there will not be a morning drop off Shuttle and we would like all parents to deliver their children to their respective school locations.
Exciting news for families in the Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge areas – we will be introducing a new school bus service starting in September. To ensure a smooth implementation, please complete the busing form and send it to office@bccaschool.ca by August 25th. This will give us the necessary time to plan the bus routes and schedules. Bus fees can be found inside the Parent Portal as well.
For families in the Tri-Cities area, please submit your busing forms by August 31st using the same email address: office@bccaschool.ca.
