At Kids Club, we foster engaging, hands on learning that enables children to grow in their spiritual, social, emotional, physical and cognitive development areas.

We accept applications for the current and the new school year, throughout the year and spaces are confirmed on a first come basis. For more information, please contact us.

To register for our Kids Club programs, please follow these steps:

Step One – Apply

BCCA Kids Club Application  (Please email to kcadmissions@bccaschool.ca)

Complete the online registration form. This must include a finished emergency consent form (found here), a clear copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, and payment of the registration fee.

The completed pdf emergency consent form, as well as the copy of the birth certificate, must be attached to the online application.
(Please e-transfer the application fee to kcadminassistant@bccaschool.ca)

Step Two – Meeting with Kids Club Director

Step Three — Confirmation of Enrollment and payment of deposit

Please note: Class space is limited and you must re-register your child each year.

Step Two – Meeting with BCCA Kids Club Director

• The BCCA Kids Club Director will schedule a short meeting with you and your child.
• This will allow us to meet your child and answer your questions about our program.
• This is also an opportunity for your child to explore our environment.

Step Three – Confirmation of Enrolment

• The BCCA Kids Club Director will confirm enrolment, start date, and class time.
• Complete and submit the final documents including the Pre-Authorized Payment Form and $250 deposit to the BCCA Kids Club office.
