Pastor Appreciation Volunteer & Potluck

BC Christian Academy Pastor Thank You

Dear BCCA Families,

In a couple of weeks from now, our school will be hosting our annual Pastor Appreciation Day on Thursday, OCTOBER 20th to honour our Pastors and their spouses for the large role they play in our faith community.  We have reached out to as many pastors as possible in the Tri-Cities and Lower Mainland, aside from the invitations we have sent home with your child last September 27 for your family to give to the Pastor of your local church.  It will be a pleasure and privilege for many of our students to have their Pastors come and visit our school.  We have also notified all our High School families that there are still invitations available at the Marketing Office.

On this note, we would like to inform you that you can now sign up to help us organize this event or to contribute to the Potluck that we are serving that day.  You can instantly get an hour of PPP for bringing a dish (with ingredients carefully labeled and a portion good for 10-12 people) after the morning drop-off on October 20.  Please deliver it straight to the Staff room.

We’re using as a reminder tool to organize our event.  If you’d like to sign-up with this online tool let me know and I’d be happy to share the link with you.  Note: does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact me and I can sign you up manually.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you and may you and your families enjoy the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday remembering “to give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”  I Thessalonians 5:18

Kind regards,
